1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllToolsOnline by Satekk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AllToolsOnline provides a collection of free and premium browser-based tools for file conversion, image processing, PDF manipulation, and web utilities. The tools process files locally or on our servers depending on the operation. The Service is provided "as is" and is available via web browser and REST API.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free ($0/month): Access to all tools with daily usage limits (10 operations/day), 5MB file size limit, and basic features. Supported by ads.
• Pro ($5/month): Unlimited operations, 50MB file size limit, batch processing, ad-free experience, and priority support.
• API ($20/month): Full REST API access, 100MB file size limit, 60 requests/minute, batch processing (50 files), API key management, and dedicated support.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without an API subscription
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by AllToolsOnline and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the files you upload and process through our tools. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. File Processing

Files uploaded for processing are handled in real time and are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the operation. We do not access, review, or share the content of your files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllToolsOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllToolsOnline operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
